Hanoi - On the afternoon of 23.03.2012, at the Office of Innovation Partnership Program (IPP), Representatives of BEST and IPP signed a cooperation agreement to improve the business management capacity and innovation for Vietnamese enterprises. Dr. Vu Xuan Quang - Director of BEST Training, Consulting and Development and Mr. Hannu Kokko, Chief Advisor of the National project IPP between Vietnam and Finland discussed the long-term development cooperation. The signing ceremony was held in a formal, intimate atmosphere, created a good relationship and opportunities for long-term cooperation between BEST and IPP.

The Innovation Partnership Programme (www.ipp.gov.vn) is the National cooperation between Vietnam and Finland to improve the National Innovation Systems (NIS) of Vietnam. IPP is sponsored by Finnish government and co-sponsored by Vietnamese Government. BEST and IPP Cooperation in innovation improvement for enterprises.
The project of "Business Management and Innovation Training" has been signed is one of the exchange and cooperation between BEST and IPP, funded by the Innovation Program, with the aim of building innovation management capacity applied in Vietnamese enterprises, focusing on two groups: leaders, managers and specialists, employees. Through the training programs, students will acquire the relevant knowledge, experiences, innovation promoting methods in order to apply to the practice to build success and increase the competitive advantage.
