BEST cooperated with IDG Ventures in developing potential Technology Companies

HA NOI - On the morning of 28/03/2012, IDG Ventures Vietnam invited Dr. Vu Xuan Quang -  Founder of BEST Training, Consulting, and Promoting Company – to join Training Program for leaders, managers, and members from nearly 50 potential technology companies.

IDG Ventures (www.idgvv.com.vn) are the funds of the IDG Group in Vietnam. IDG pioneers in Vietnam in Technology, Media, Telecommunications, and Consumer goods. IDG Ventures is known for technology investments as well as other potential investments. IDG Ventures aims to create World-Class Companies.

Currently, BEST focuses on Corporate Training and Consulting, Innovation and Entrepreneurship spirit Development, Recruitment. This Program exchanged and shared knowledge and experiences regarding effective leadership to apply in practice.

In the class, Dr. Vu Xuan Quang and students shared the challenges faced by young technology companies in management, motivating employees, building sustainable corporate culture. Besides general knowledge about the role of Leadership and Management, Dr. Quang and his students analyzed employees’ motivation as well as their own to find an effective leading and managing method for company’s business development, especially young technology enterprises.

Also, the Representative of IDG Ventures talked about necessary characteristics of a good leader from the perspectives of the West and East Asia, the most typical leadership styles, as well as some common problems  in Vietnamese companies’ management.

This first training course was organized with the support of the British University Vietnam in Hanoi (www.britishuniversity.edu.vn). 

Training programs for the technology companies is one of the co-operation between Representatives of BEST and IDG Ventures in order to further develop Technology Enterprises in Vietnam. Besides, BEST aims to cooperate with Companies and Organizations in building capacity for outstanding development.
